Ifind almost no correlation between my sleep experience and that recorded by Fitbit. It makes we seriously question the accuracy of any of the data it purports to capture.
The bed times are less important than the time allotted. When I worked 3rd shift, I regularly went to bed around 7 and would wake up by 4 with no alarm clock.
